WordPress Upgrade Successful… Kinda
Alright so I've been updating about a half dozen websites (for work) to WordPress 3.0 after the last couple days, checking to make sure everything is ok. Every single site has worked flawlessly until I upgraded my own personal blog. Apparently one of the add-ons decided to kill my site completely. Completely blank which no idea what was causing it. However after a few minutes of tinkering around I found the cause of the problem... and here we are.
This is a temp. look for P3K, if you even notice the difference. Same colors, just easier to manage. The last theme was giving me grief with the sidebar widgets.
What's going on in my life? Just bought a new car, been working, about to do some traveling for the summer. I've also been working on my web hosting site a lot lately. I had it redesigned back in December and just getting around to launching it in hopefully the next couple of weeks. And if you're one of my loyal visitors allll the way back from 1999, then you definitely know that creating new layouts is NOT my forte and it can take awhile for that to happen... just being honest here. It's NOTHING new.
I'll try to post more in the mean time while I launch my redesigned web hosting site and get this site back on track. In the mean time, hang in there and enjoy the ride.
Movie Review: Get Him to the Greek
I ended up seeing "Get Him to the Greek" today with one of my friends. Check out my review below to see if its worth your time.
Plot:
Aaron Greenberg (Jonah Hill) gets things done. The ambitious 23-year-old has exaggerated his way into a dream job just in time for a career-making assignment. His mission: Fly to London and escort a rock god to L.A.s Greek Theatre for the first-stop on a $100-million tour. His warning: Turn your back on him at your own peril. British rocker Aldous Snow (Russell Brand) is both a brilliant musician and walking sex. Weary of yes men and piles of money, the former front man is searching for the meaning of life. But that doesnt mean he cant have a few orgies while he finds it. When he learns his true love is in California, Aldous makes it his quest to win her backright before kick-starting his world domination.
As the countdown to the concert begins, one intern must navigate a minefield of London drug smuggles, New York City brawls and Vegas lap dances to deliver his charge safe and, sort of, sound. He may have to coax, lie to, enable and party with Aldous, but Aaron will get him to the Greek. (From IMDB.com)
My Review:
I wasn't sure what to expect when walking into the theater. The previews looked good, but sometimes the best parts are shown and the rest of the movie is ok. However, the movie proved to be funnier then I imagined and wasn't too over the top. For an added bonus there are a few references to the movie "Forgetting Sarah Marshall". Be sure to check out this flick.

Lack of Updates
Let me apologize for the lack of updates the past couple of months. Every few weeks I've been traveling and just losing track of time. Been using it to just relax and catch up with friends or just with life in general.
I've been checking out various designs for this site and will hopefully have something fairly soon. I'm waiting for WordPress 3.0 to drop and make sure everything works as is and then I can move forward. It would suck to have something ready to go before then and not have it work properly.
Anywho, I'll have some more blog posts in the near future and get back on track and into the swing of things again.

Whoops
I prematurely made a post about a new design coming to the site. In the process of getting it ready for launch there was a huuuge flaw. That delayed the schedule. It might get pushed back by a couple of weeks as I have a few trips planned and won't have much free time on the weekend. So stay tuned. I'm going to start to plan the change now so it goes smooth.
