Harman Kardon Drive and Play
I just picked up one of these Harmon Kardon Drive and Play over at Buy.com a few days ago. It was posted on Slickdeals.net for $19 with free shipping. Couldn't go wrong. Granted their is a new version out, but that will run you about $400... errr... no thanks.
Anywho, what does it do? It basically controls your ipod with the help of the controller. Right now I use my iPod Touch when I go for long car trips. Having absolutely no buttons makes it fun hard to drive. I constantly have to look down and make sure I'm selecting the right artist, or hitting the right button to play a different song. Hopefully this will minimize those issue's. I don't think I'm going to use my Touch with this though. Since it charges the iPod as well, I'm pretty sure I'm going to use my old 20 GB 4th generation iPod. More music and if it gets stolen or something... oh well... hah.
Installation is easy, as it doesn't require you to crack open your dashboard. It can use the Aux. in or you can use its own FM transmitter.
