Movie Review: Moneyball

The story of Oakland A’s general manager Billy Beane’s successful attempt to put together a baseball club on a budget by employing computer-generated analysis to draft his players. –

My Review:
Overall I thought the movie was fairly good. However, straight from the beginning the characters dig themselves into a huge hole with the team. The movie took a while before they finally caught a break and the story pulled together. Solid performances by both Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill. It was different to see Jonah Hill in a serious role like this.
