MJ’s Last Rehearsal
Check out this video of Michael Jackson’s last rehearsal.
Well Internet Explorer 8 is out, and Microsoft is turning out some decent commercials for it. A LOT better than the commercials with the dynamic duo of Bill Gates and Jerry Seinfeld months ago.
Two big loss’s today, first was the US losing to Brazil in the Confederations Cup. I thought the U.S. had in the bag with a 2-0 lead going into the 2nd half. Also the announcer’s fun fact of “97 times US has led at halftime and have only lost once”. Well, once again math fails us.
Second loss of the day, and probably a lot bigger than the US losing is the death of Billy Mays. Billy Mays is the guy you run at the TV looking for the remote to try and mute his commercials. Yes, he’s THAT guy. Well unfortunately today he died. Its still unconfirmed how he died, but we’ll find out soon enough. Can we exchange the death of Billy Mays for the SlapChop guy? What do you say about that Death?

MySpace, once the undisputed leader in social networking and the most popular topic on Mashable, announced it is cutting nearly 30% of its staff today.
The announcement is no surprise: not only has the struggling social network lost its lead to Facebook, but its $300 million/year advertising deal with Google ends next year, with Google unlikely to renew at the same price. The cuts bring MySpace (MySpace) down to 1000 US employees; rival Facebook has 850.
